  • We travel all over the state of Oklahoma (and even Texas!) to serve our clients. Some of the counties include: Tulsa County, Seminole County, Pushmataha County, Pottawatomie County, Pontotoc County, Pittsburg County, Okmulgee County, Okfuskee County, Muskogee County, McIntosh County, Marshall County, Le Flore County, Latimer County, Hughes County, Haskell County, Creek County, Coal County, Cleveland County, Choctaw County, Atoka County, and the surrounding areas.

  • Forestry mulching uses specialized machinery to cut and grind overgrown trees, brush, vines, briars, and other invasive vegetation into a layer of mulch that is both attractive and functional. This process is performed on-site, eliminating the need to haul away debris and grind it separately. Land clearing this way is cheaper and faster than traditional methods such as bulldozing or burning.

  • Forestry mulching mimics the natural process of fallen leaves and branches rotting on the forest floor, which protects the soil from erosion and encourages new growth. Other benefits include increased property values, improved safety, and enhanced wildlife habitats. This process of land clearing quickly opens up cattle pastures, creates hunting trails, widens hay fields, and make your land more accessible for future improvements without unsightly burn piles. You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Forestry mulching is extremely efficient by combining traditional land clearing methods of cutting down trees, hauling away debris, and grinding stumps into one streamlined process on-site. Our skilled operators can clear and mulch acres of land in a fraction of the time it would take using traditional land clearing methods. Faster project completion times reduce the overall cost of your project.

Forestry mulching is also a more sustainable alternative. This method of land clearing reduces erosion, retains moisture, suppresses weed growth, improves soil health, and reduces fire risk. Forestry mulchers are extremely versatile and can operate on uneven terrain, around obstacles, and even close to large trees. They are a valuable tool for land management projects in areas that are inaccessible to traditional heavy machinery such as excavators or bulldozers.

  • Forestry mulchers are great for clearing overgrown lots and wooded areas; creating trails, food plots, or firebreaks; preparing land for building or farming; managing invasive plant species; and enhancing pasture and property access.

  • Forestry mulchers are extremely versatile, but they do not operate well on extremely rocky terrain or steep slopes.

  • Forestry mulching reduces ticks and harmful insects. Because forestry mulching helps reestablish native grasses and plants, it creates more food sources and habitat for local wildlife. If you need hunting access lanes mulched, give us a call and schedule far enough before hunting season to allow the wildlife to adjust.

  • During the spring, summer, and fall and given enough rain, you will see the rewards of forestry mulching on your property very quickly. Native grasses will regrow in the nutrient rich mulch left behind in just a few weeks.

  • Forestry mulching can be used for commercial, residential and agricultural purposes including public lands such as state parks, conservation areas, nature preserves and more. Forestry mulching prepares your land for any improvements or developments you can imagine. This is a more sustainable, eco-friendly, efficient and cost-effective way instead of traditional bulldozing and burning.

  • Selective mulching is precise, allowing for thinning and clearing specific trees or brush without damaging the rest of the ecosystem. With this method, you can clear invasive tree such as the red cedar while leaving more desirable trees such as oaks or pines. Selective mulching also leaves topsoil intact, reduces soil erosion, and eliminates burning or hauling off debris. It is highly effective for improving property value by enhancing accessibility and aesthetics, as well as reducing wildfire hazards.

This method is ideal for clearing firebreaks, creating pastures, thinning woodlands, clearing land for construction while preserving mature trees, and managing fence lines.

  • Yes, but we do not recommend it. Bulldozing disturbs the ground, shakes cedar seeds loose, and allows them to germinate quickly into the tilled-up ground. Few trees other than cedars can thrive in this arid environment without mulch. Forestry mulching cedars instead would retain more moisture in the ground with the mulch, thereby producing a healthier environment for native grasses to grow instead.

  • The machines we use in forestry mulching are mounted on skid steers or excavators, boasting powerful hydraulic systems and rotating drums equipped with heavy-duty cutting teeth. These teeth, made from high-strength steel, can vary in size and design depending on the type of vegetation being mulched. We use larger, sturdier teeth for thick trees and heavy brush, and smaller, sharper teeth are better suited for leaves and branches. The mulch layer ranges typically ranging from 2 to 4 inches deep, then decomposes naturally, enriching the soil and providing numerous benefits.

  • Depending on the terrain and type of vegetation, we can clear between 2 and 3 acres a day. We can give you a better idea after looking over the land with you.
